There were pandemoniun on Monday evening when an explosion suspected to be from a waste can rocked an empty and undeveloped plot of land behind MR. BIGGS franchise in Karu, Abuja.
The explosion which occurred around 4.30pm rattled passersby and shattered the glass of windows of buildings closeby especially that of Karu shooping comple housing MR BIGGS.
