Tragedy struck at Oke-Ado area of Ibadan, Oyo-State on Easter Monday as a young man simply identified as Jacob reportedly died after having sexual intercourse with another man's wife in a hotel room.
Daily Independent gathered that Jacob had left his family at home and went out on a date with his newly woman friend not knowing that the woman had already been laced with thunderbolt juju(magun).
Sources at the hotel informed Daily Independent that after a round of sex with Mrs Olaitan Ajadi, the deceased started to request for water, and that after many satchets of "pure water" could not quench the thirst the woman raised an alarm.
This sttracted workers at the hotel to the room, on getting to the scene, it was realised that Jacob had contracted thunderbolt juju(magun) from the woman. After frantic efforts made to rescue Jacob's life proved abortive, the hotel workers invited the police from Iyaganku Divisional Polisc HQs and handed over her to them.
Daily Independent gathered that Mrs Ajadi told the police that she was introduced to the deceased by one of her friends few weeks ago, that since then they had been having sexual intercourse until that day.
Mr Ajadi Ismail(the woman's husband) was interrogated and he reportedly told the police that he knew nothing about the death of Jacob.
