FRESH GARLIC CAN CURE VAGINAL INFECTION.

Vulvovaginitis is the inflammation of both the vagina and vulva(the external female genital). It can affect women of all ages. Vaginal infection can be caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa among others due to unprotected sex, poor personal hygiene, sharing of pants and dirty towels and using dirty toilets.it can be bacterial or yeast infection.
The symptoms include irritation or itching of the genitals and inflammation, foul vaginal odour, pain/irritation with sexual intercourse, itching around the outside of the vaginal, abnormal vaginal discharge with an unpleasant odour, burning sensation during urination.
There are also physical factors that can contribute to developments of vaginal infection such as scented tampons, antibiotics, birth control pills, constantly wet vulva due to tight clothing, a diet favouring refined sugar and yeast. because yeast thrives in moist environment, it tis important to dry the entire vaginal area after taking a shower or bath.
Recent studies have shown that vaginal infections, if left untreated can lead to complications especially for pregnant women.
Vaginal infection can be prevented by :
1. Avoiding self_medication; antibiotics use may affect the balance in the vagina therby giving rise to yeast infection.
2. Washing well, having regular birth and dry with clean towel.
3. Wearing clothing that will allow air access to the region. bacterial or yeast spores settle on some underwear and cause infection.
4. Keeping the immunity level high by having enough rest and sleep, eating balanced diet and bringing blood level of glucose under control.
According to medical research, garlic kills yeast. A fresh garlic clove can easily cure yeast infection.
A clove of fresh garlic with the natural white paper shell covering peeled off, leaving the clove intact. At bedtime, put the clove into the vagina. In the morning remove the clove and throw into the toilet. The reason that the treatment is done at bedtime is that there is a connection between the mouth and the vagina.
If the infection has advanced to the point that a woman has large quantities of white discharge and redsore labia, it can still be treated by Garlic but with a higher dose.
